We're Changing the Face of Women in Tech

Philly Tech Sistas is a nonprofit organization that helps women of color gain technical and professional skills in order to work, thrive, and move up in the tech industry. We do this by providing technical skills training and professional development workshops that build leadership, confidence, and community. Our vision is to partner with industry leaders and tech companies throughout the region to provide a greater pipeline of diverse talent.

Over the past 2 decades, the U.S. science and engineering workforce has become more diverse, but several racial and ethnic minority groups continue to be significantly underrepresented. Overall, Hispanics, Blacks, and American Indians/Alaska Natives make up a smaller share of the STEM workforce (11%).

We plan to change that, but we need your help!
