Do you have a powerful message to share? The Philly Tech Sistas community is looking for diverse women to tell their stories. Our goal is to get more women of color into tech and one way we do this is by offering virtual networking events that focus on career development and leadership skills.

Topics ranging from how to break into tech, using storytelling to brand yourself, negotiation, interviewing skills, LinkedIn profile, to career mapping are all welcome.

We want to hear from a diverse group of women from different sectors in tech and business to help us with our mission to empower more WOC with the skills and tools needed to thrive in their careers!

Many of our members are women of color career changers who are looking for ways to transition into tech or move up in their current careers by learning new skills and leadership methodologies.
